At Lami Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer return and exchange options under the following conditions:
Returns Conditions
- Eligibility: Only items with fabrication defects can be returned.
- Timeframe: Returns are allowed within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached. Please include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
- Delivery Service: Return items must be made using the same delivery service as the original delivery.
- Country of Return: We can only accept returns from the country to which the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Lebanon must be returned from Lebanon.
- Exclusions: Customized items cannot be returned.
- Refund: Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Delivery Costs: Delivery costs will not be refunded by Lami Essentials in case of returns.
Exchanges Conditions
- Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Condition of Items: We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered, or washed, and have all tags still attached. Please include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
- Type of Exchange: It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size or color.
- Exchange Limit: Please note that we can only exchange the same item for a different size or color once.
- Delivery Service: Exchange items must be made using the same delivery service as the original delivery.
- Country of Exchange: We can only accept exchanges from the country to which the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Lebanon must be returned from Lebanon.
- Charges: The exchange is not free of charge; delivery fees will be at your own expense.
- Exclusions: Customized items, as well as items from the Accessories and Hygiene sections, cannot be exchanged.
